Triton Rowing to Race in San Diego Fall Classic on Sunday

SAN DIEGO — UC San Diego men's and women's rowing will both race in their lone fall event this Sunday, the San Diego Fall Classic. The event begins at 7:45 a.m. on Mission Bay.
 
The course begins near the South Shores Boat Ramp. It continues around Vacation Isle before finishing in front of Crown Point Park.
 
The Triton men will have two 8+ boats and two 4+ boats on the water. The Triton women will have four 8+ boats and four 4+ boats.
 
MEN'S SCHEDULE
  • 7:45 a.m. (Event 1) – 1V8, 2V8
  • 10:45 a.m. (Event 52) – 1V4, 2V4
WOMEN'S SCHEDULE
  • 7:45 a.m. (Event 4) – 1V8, 2V8, 3V8
  • 9:10 a.m. (Event 28) – 4V8
  • 10:45 a.m. (Event 53) – 1V4, 2V4, 3V4, 4V4
Triton rowing will be back in action again next spring. The 2026 season will see the men compete in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation, with the women in the Coastal Athletic Association. Schedules for both teams will be announced at a later date.
