Accessible/disabled seating is available at LionTree Arena. Accessible seating is reserved exclusively for patrons with accessible needs along with companion seating. These seats are flexible and can be used either as an accessible seat or a companion seat.  A folding chair will be provided if used as a companion seat. LionTree Arena is committed to working with patrons on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales and exchanges are on a first come/call, first serve basis and will depend on ticket availability. Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Triton Box Office located near the Main Entrance to LionTree Arena. Assistive Listening Devices are complimentary during the event. A government-issued identification will be kept at the Triton Box Office until the guest returns the device. These listening devices amplify the stadium public address announcements but do not provide service to the play-by-play broadcast.

All concession facilities within LionTree Arena are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Priority for use of the elevators is provided to guests with disabilities. Public elevators are located throughout LionTree Arena and may be accessed at the following locations:

o   Main Entrance Lobby (access to Courtside seating and Arena Level event hospitality)

o   Behind Section 102/103 (access to Skybox)

o   Exterior on East side of Arena (access to Hopkins Drive)

In the event of an emergency, LionTree Arena team members have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating the arena. Guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation video played on the video board before each event and identify two emergency exits closest to their seat location. In the event of an evacuation, Event Day team members will assist guests with disabilities and direct them to safe locations and exit routes.

LionTree Arena cannot guarantee its guests will be protected from exposure to any particular foods, especially nuts. Guests with food allergies are strongly encourage to take proper medical precautions when visiting the facility. If medical assistance is needed, please contact a LionTree Arena team member.

Public restrooms can be found throughout LionTree Arena. Restrooms are accessible to guests with disabilities. If assistance is needed, please contact a LionTree Arena team member.

Service animals specifically trained to assist a person with a disability are welcome.  No other animals, including pets, therapy animals, or emotional support animals, are allowed in LionTree Arena.

Accessible event seating is available at LionTree arena and may be purchased through the Triton Box Office.  Adjacent companion seating may be purchased based on availability. On UCSDTritons.com, accessible seating locations are designated on various seat maps on the website as well as in venue. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available at the Main Entrance. Reservations are not necessary as this service is based on a first come first serve basis. Upon arrival, guests may request an escort by locating the nearest LionTree Arena team member. This service is available to and from the Arena entrance and seating areas. Please be aware that our staff and wheelchair will not remain with you during the event. This service is for LionTree Arena wheelchairs only and not personal wheelchairs. Guests that have additional questions or require further assistance, are encouraged to call our Triton Box Office at 858-534-1430 or email triton-tix@ucsd.edu.
