WELCOME PETER SIMEONE
Heading into his first season leading the squad,
Peter Simeone takes over the reins leading the men's rowing program after serving as the team's lead assistant last season.
A former competitive collegiate rower at Northeastern University where he earned his degree in Civil Engineering and was a competitive member of Pennsylvania Athletic Club's Intermediate and Pre-Elite teams.
Simeone went on to spend several years in the United States Navy as a Naval Special Warfare Candidate, while also working with the Naval Special Warfare Continuum of Leadership Development program alongside Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL instructors analyzing teams and individuals.
Beginning in 2017, Peter went on to spend two years as an assistant coach for the San Diego Rowing Club before taking on the head coaching role in 2019.
