Rain Wins Again, Match at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Canceled

LA JOLLA, Calif. - For the second-straight day the UC San Diego men's tennis team was thwarted by weather as Thursday's match at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps was canceled due to rainfall.

The contest, which was slated for a 7 p.m. start in Claremont, will not be made up.

On Wednesday, the Tritons' match at San Diego State was halted due to rain as well. The teams got in the doubles matches, but the singles tilts were postponed during the first set. With UC San Diego leading 1-0, that match will continue on Saturday, April 15, at 2 p.m. at the Aztec Tennis Center.
