Tritons Back in LA for Jack Kramer Classic

LA JOLLA, Calif.  – The UC San Diego men's tennis team continues its fall season on Friday, when the Tritons take part in the Jack Kramer Classic in Los Angeles. Action runs through Sunday.
 
WHEN: Nov. 4-6

WHERE: USC Campus, Los Angeles
 
WHO PARTICIPATES? Participants include players from Cal Poly and UC Santa Barbara as well as others from Arizona, UCLA, San Diego, and Oregon.
 
FORMAT: 32-seeded singles bracket with 15 doubles tandems.
 
TRITONS CAPSULE: UC San Diego participants will include Phillip Lan, Pelayo Rodriguez, and Daniel Traxler. The lone Triton doubles pairing is Rodriguez and Traxler, seeded 13th. Here is the tournament draw.
   
About UC San Diego Athletics
After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program began a new era in 2020 as a member of The Big West in NCAA Division I.
