LA JOLLA, Calif. – The University of California San Diego women's tennis home opener scheduled for Sunday afternoon vs. Cal State LA has been postponed due to rain. No make-up date has been announced.
Playing without two senior captains, UC San Diego (0-2) fell at future Big West Conference foe UC Riverside on Saturday. With Sunday's postponement, the Tritons first home match is now scheduled for March 3 vs. Biola.
UC San Diego returns to action Friday when they play the first of three matches on Hawai'i Island. The Tritons will face Hawai'i Pacific, Hawai'i-Hilo, and Dallas Baptist this weekend.
