HOWE EARNS AUTOMATIC QUALIFIER
Nash Howe hit his automatic qualifier and won the javelin at the San Diego Collegiate Challenge with a season-best mark of 222'2" on his final toss. The two-time All-American and two-time CCAA champion is the first Triton to punch a ticket to the 2015 NCAA Division II Championships held in May in Allendale, Mich. Howe is one of just nine male student-athletes, in all events, to already be assured of a trip to Michigan, and ranks No. 4 in the javelin in Division II. His personal record remains as 229'3" as he continues to pursue the program standard held by older brother and former national champion Nick Howe, at 231'3".
BROOK HONORED WITH CCAA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK AWARD
Devon Brook was named the CCAA Women's Track and Field Athlete of the Week for the week of March 9-15.
