In the UCSD second, Damian Fante bunted a single, followed by Scott Clement's single through the left side to put runners on the corners with no outs.  Chris Hom hit a sac fly to centerfield for the 2-0 lead.  Garret Imeson then singled and advanced to second on an error as Clement advanced to third.  Clement would score on a balk as the Tritons led 3-0 after two.

In the CPP fourth, Robbie Carter singled and Marc Evans connected on a homerun to right field to bring the Broncos within one run.

CPP added two more runs to win 11-6.

GAME TWO

UCSD scored first in the second game as Garret Imeson was hit-by-pitch, reached second on a groundball and stole third base.  He scored on Lawson's groundout giving UCSD the 1-0 lead.

CPP took the lead in the second inning on a John Daniels two-run double to lead 2-1.

In the bottom half of the second, the Tritons put runners on second and third with one out and Bryan Silverman drove a two run single through the right side as UCSD took a 3-2 lead.
