Hunter Cehelnik swept the Big West Swimming Athletes of the Week honors, as announced by the conference on Tuesday, Nov. 18th.

At the Tritons' most recent meet on Saturday, Nov. 15th against Pepperdine and UC Santa Barbara, Junior
Eva Boehlke aided the Tritons dominant win with two first place finishes in the 100 Butterfly (53.19) and the 400 Medley Relay with UCSD A (53.57 split). She finished second in the 200 Backstroke (1:59.48), contributing to a Tritons sweep in the event.

Against UC Santa Barbara last Saturday, Nov. 15th sophomore
Hunter Cehelnik contributed to the men's side with three first place finishes and one second place. Cehelnik claimed the 200 Freestyle (1:37.79), 100 Freestyle (43.90), and 200 Freestyle Relay (20.02 split). He finished second with UCSD A in the 400 Medley relay (48.15 split).

These are the Tritons fourth and fifth Big West weekly honors UC San Diego has earned this season. Previously,
Asia Kozan and
Luigi Franco swept the award on Oct. 21 for their performances at the CMS and Simon Fraser tri-meet.
Chloe Braun claimed the award last Tuesday, on Nov. 11th, after the women's meet against UC Davis

UC San Diego will travel to St. George, Utah for the Trailblazer Invite. The four-day invitational spans from Wednesday, Nov. 19th to Saturday, Nov. 22nd.
