LA JOLLA, Calif. – Four UC San Diego men's tennis scholar-athletes were selected as Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Scholar-Athletes following a tremendous academic year. The organization announced its 2023-24 recipients on Monday morning.

Zach Pellouchoud and
Tristan Taylor represented the Tritons and finished with the second most selections of Big West institutions.
The ITA All-Academic Team award recognizes programs that completed the 2023-24 academic year with a team grade point average (GPA) of 3.2 or higher. To be named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, nominees must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the current academic year.
The ITA's academic awards include honorees from all levels of college men's and women's tennis.
1,059 Division I men's student-athletes were named an ITA Scholar-Athlete, and 176 men's tennis programs were awarded the All-Academic Team distinction.
