  • Held the NCAA Division III national record in hammer for over 12 years
  • UC San Diego record holder in the hammer
  • Graduated as the school record holder in discus, which was broken in 2021
  • Qualified and competed at the Olympic Trials to represent Team USA (1992)
  • Former inspirational speaker and mental performance coach
