SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Thursday, October 26

  • One hour practice times available with start times between 1:00 and 4:00 PM by contacting the Tournament Director (Ken Grosse, 858 534-8460) after your team(s) has qualified. Men's and women's practices will be held concurrently on adjoining fields.
  • CCAA Championship Banquet, 6:00 PM at UCSD's RIMAC Arena; Buffet meal will be available for $20 per person payable by institution before or at the event; Players, coaches and immediate team personnel only. Please submit head count to Ken Grosse by phone or e-mail (kgrosse@ucsd.edu) by 4:30 PM Monday, October 23.
  • Please note that photos of all participating teams will be taken at the banquet.
  • Championships Meeting; immediately following banquet in the RIMAC Green Room.

Friday, October 27

  • 10:00 AM - Championship tickets on sale at Triton Soccer Field
  • 11:00 AM - Men's Semi-final game one
  • 1:30 PM - Men's Semi-final game two
  • 4:30 PM - Women's Semi-final game one
  • 7:00 PM - Women's Semi-final game two

Saturday, October 28

  • 8:00 AM - CCAA Head Soccer Coaches' Meeting - RIMAC 4th Floor Conference Room (breakfast served)
  • 1:00 PM - Practice / Highest Men's Seed Remaining
  • 2:00 PM - Practice / Second Highest Men's Seed Remaining
  • 3:00 PM - Practice / Highest Women's Seed Remaining
  • 4:00 PM - Practice / Second Highest Women's Seed Remaining

Sunday, October 29

  • 10:30 AM - Championship Tickets on sale at Triton Soccer Field
  • 11:30 AM - Men's CCAA Soccer Championship
  • 2:00 PM - Women's CCAA Soccer Championship

TICKETS

There are no complimentary tickets for the CCAA Championships. Everyone must have a ticket or credential to enter the facility. Participating teams will be given 22 player and six staff passes.

  • General Admission - $6.00
  • Students, Seniors & Children - $3.00

PARKING

Any state vehicle so identified by a decal or license plate is permitted to park in UCSD lots free of charge. Park as indicated by permit (i.e., staff, student, faculty, etc). There is a parking charge for all other vehicles as follows:

  • One-day Permits (7:00 AM to 11:00 PM) - $6.00
  • Evening permits (4:30 PM to 11:00 PM) - $3.00
  • Parking meters (Per hour, quarters required) - $1.00
  • Weekend Parking - Free

Permits may be purchased at the information booth located off of the Northview Dr. entrance, adjacent to Triton Soccer Field. Each visiting team will be provided a designated number of complimentary permits for team vehicles. These permits will be provided to the coach. Parking in unauthorized areas (i.e., Handicapped, Loading Zones, etc.) will result in fines which will be the responsibility of the violators. A permit is not required on weekends.

 

TRAINING ROOM

The UCSD Athletic Training Room is located in RIMAC Arena. The Athletic Training Room will be available for use by visiting teams during games and practices. Specific arrangements should be made through UCSD Head Athletic Trainer Kevin Messey. Water, cups, ice bags and emergency equipment will be provided. Team physicians will be on site or on call during practices and games.

HOSPITALITY

A hospitality tent will be provided during the tournament. It is available for credentialed tournament personnel, coaches and media. No players or game officials should be in the hospitality area
