The UC San Diego Athletic Performance staff offers year-round training to all of the 23 Triton athletic teams. Our systematic approach to athlete development and enhancement is evidence-based to identify injury risk, individualize intervention strategies and ensure efficient programming measures to increase optimal performance for each individual scholar-athlete.
The Triton Athletic Performance coaches hold graduate degrees in sports science related degrees as well holding many certifications specific to the development and enhancement of athletic performance including the certified strength and conditioning specialists (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Associate.
Our staff works with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism who knows what it's like to be a dedicated scholar-athlete. There are no passengers to becoming a national champion - we work with each scholar-athlete to help them achieve their potential.
