Garrett Brown is a kinesiology graduate from San Diego State University.
A certified strength and conditioning specialist and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, he is extremely passionate about sports performance, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, and hopes to continue building a career that brings those areas together.
Brown earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University after transferring from Grossmont College, where he finished his baseball career as a catcher.
Before college, he moved from the Imperial Valley to San Diego during the pandemic and graduated from Granite Hills High School in El Cajon.
Outside of work and school, he enjoys training, watching football, baseball, and MMA, as well as hiking, camping, and traveling.
Brown is preparing for physical therapy school and aims to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He hopes to combine his strength and conditioning background with physical therapy to help athletes and active individuals recover from injury, improve performance, and keep doing the things they love.
