William Miller were all named to the Academic All-District Team as announced by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday. Bell and Franco are repeat honorees, recognized after the 2024-25 season in addition to this year's. Braun and Griswold are repeat honorees over the past two seasons. Both Braun and Boehlke will now advance to the Academica All-America ballot.

Chloe Braun (Toulouse, France) maintains a 3.81 grade point average as an international studies, political science major and business economics minor. The senior set multiple program records this season, with two records being set at the Big West Championships this year. She qualified for back-to-back NCAA championship competition, placing 16th in the 100 Breaststroke this year, earning UC San Diego's first team point in Division I history.
Sophia Bell (San Rafael, Calif.) is a sociology major with an emphasis in social inequality and a double minor in Japanese and AAPI studies and holds a 3.81 cumulative GPA. Bell performed strongly across her career at UC San Diego, with this year's conference championships bringing her the most success. Bell finished on the podium three times, placing first and setting a meet record in the 800 Freestyle Relay, third in the 500 Freestyle, and second in the 1650 Freestyle.

Eva Boehlke (Durham, N.C.) is a human biology major and holds a 3.81 cumulative GPA. Boehlke was a 2026 NCAA qualifier in the 200 IM, auto-qualifying through a record-setting win in the event at the Big West Championships. She claimed three other events over the meet: 100 Butterly, 400 Medley Relay, and 200 Backstroke. In her NCAA debut Boehlke placed 33rd in the nation.
Sydney Niles (Belmont, Calif.) maintains a 3.76 grade point average as a human biology major. The senior swam in all this year's meets, including the conference championships, where she captured two podium finishes over the four-day meet, setting a meet record in the 800 Freestyle Relay.

Luigi Franco (Vila Velha, Brazil) is a human biology major and holds a 3.67 cumulative GPA. Franco competing in the conference championships topped the podium in 200 Backstroke, finishing third in both the 800 Freestyle Relay and 500 Freestyle.
Robby Griswold (Cupertino, Calif.) is a business economics major who maintains a 3.95 cumulative GPA. Griswold consistently performed strongly, competing in all nine of UC San Diego's meets this year, including the Big West Championships.
Adrian Bellido (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) is a business economics major who maintains a 3.67 cumulative GPA. The junior claimed third at the conference championships in the 200 Medley Relay and competed in all nine of the Tritons' meets this season. Bellido also set a program record earlier in the season in the same event.
William Miller (Pullman, Wash.) is a human biology major who maintains a 3.93 cumulative GPA. Miller is currently in his second season swimming for the Tritons, performing well both the 2025 and 2026 Big West Championships. This year he placed on the podium in the 800 Freestyle Relay in third and competed in all other meets for UC San Diego.
The 2026 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Swimming Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in the pool and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes swimming honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA — for each gender.

To be eligible, student-athletes must hold a 3.50 cumulative grade point average and must have played in 90% of the team's meets. Freshmen are not eligible for consideration.
