FRESNO, Calif. - After 36 holes Monday at the Nick Watney Invitational, UC San Diego's
Nathan Tseng is seventh and the Tritons are eighth.
Fresno State is hosting the 13-team tournament at Sunnyside Country Club.
The Tritons shot 3-over par, posting rounds of +2 and +1.
Tseng was 5-under in the first round and even in the second.
Host Fresno State and the University of San Diego are tied for the lead, each at 15-under par. Pacific is third at 13-under.
Individually, Pacific's Carlos Astiazaran leads the field at 9-under.
