LA JOLLA, Calif. — Head coach
Colin Truex has released the 2025 UC San Diego women's rowing schedule, which features five races in the buildup to the Costal Athletic Association (CAA) Championship in May. Three of those contests will be in San Diego.
The year starts with a scrimmage hosted by the University of San Diego on March 2. That contest is followed by a road trip to Sacramento and the two-day Hornet Invitational. Sacramento State hosts the multi-team event on March 15-16.
The Tritons then return home, with two of the final three regular season contests occurring in the San Diego area. The team will compete in the San Diego Crew Classic March 29-30 and host the UC San Diego Invitational April 26-27. Those two contests sandwich a trip to the East Coast and the George Washington Invitational April 12-13.
Postseason action follows the UC San Diego Invitational. The Tritons will compete in the CAA Championship May 16-17 at the Cooper River in Pennsauken, N.J. If qualified, the NCAA Championship is May 30-June 1 in Lake Mercer, N.J.
The Tritons are coming off a second-place finish at last year's CAA Championship. This season's roster of 47 includes 35 returners. Truex is in his 13th season as head coach and 18th at UC San Diego. He is assisted by
