WALNUT, Calif. – At the 64th annual Mt. SAC Relays hosted by Nike, UC San Diego posted eight top 10 finishes with seven marks making the all-time list and two program records. The women's 4x4 relay squad of
Amari Jenkins,
Lauren Schiele,
Kate MacNaughton, and
Maxine Schultz snapped the 12-year-old program record to take second in the event.
Anthony Flowers broke the six-year-old record in the 200m dash.

ON THE WOMEN'S SIDE
Emma Dunmire started the meet for the Tritons posting a No. 2 all-time race in the 3000m steeple chase with a time of 10:47.27. Dunmire finished 16th overall. The sophomore improved her position in the Big West going from sixth to third.

The women's 4x400m relay squad snapped a 12-year-old record to take second overall at the meet. The record setting squad was made up of
Lauren Schiele,
Amari Jenkins,
Kate MacNaughton, and
Maxine Schultz. The new time of 3:40.64 now leads the Big West.

ON THE MEN'S SIDE
Kai Dettman got it started on the distance side of things with a 1:50.48 time in the 800m to finish fifth overall. The junior now holds the No. 2 all-time position and is now fourth in the Big West.Â
Charlie Frank represented the men in the 3000m steeple chase and finished second overall with a time of 9:15.56. He moves into the No. 8 all-time position.

Continuing his breakout season,
Zeno Castiglioni ran a 29:49.10 time in the 10K. Castiglioni finished sixth overall and now holds the No. 2 spot on the all-time list.

Leading the Triton men,
Kyle Gibbs earned the top finish when he won the pole vault with height of 5.17m. Representing the sprinters,
Anthony Flowers broke the six-year-old 200m dash record with a time of 21.00 and finished eighth overall. The freshman now moves into sixth overall in the Big West.
