SAN DIEGOÂ - Due to time constraints,
UC San Diego women's water polo's Saturday game vs. San Jose State at the Aztec Invitational has been canceled.
The game between the 13th-ranked Tritons and the 17th-ranked Spartans was originally scheduled for a 5:20 p.m. start at the Aztec Aquaplex on the campus of San Diego State.
The tournament was running about an hour behind following several games Saturday. The venue is not equipped with lights, so it was mutually-agreed upon to cancel as the game would not finish before dark.
UC San Diego defeated Concordia, 13-7, Saturday morning for its fifth-straight victory. Sunday, the Tritons take on La Salle at 11 a.m. and No. 8 Princeton at 2:45 p.m. to wrap up action at the tournament.
