IRVINE, Calif. — The UC San Diego track and field team starts competition back at Anteater stadium for the Steve Scott Invitational. The Tritons saw a few personal bests on day one of the meet and concluded the day with four top ten finishes.
Some highlights of the day include
Kyle Gibbs trying for a new personal record, ultimately finishing tied for third in the men's pole vault while
Katie Cuneo landed a third place finish in the javelin throw, completing a distance of 42.30m.

- Caitlin Billman moved up to No. 6 on the UC San Diego All-Time performance list in the 5000-meter Run
- Feyi Olukanni and Bryan Chang both threw new personal bests in the Hammer Throw
