QUOTABLE
"It was the first time for a lot of things," First-year Head Coach Kim Graham-Miller said acknowledging that the team had a learning curve with, "running back-to-back days, the throwers throwing with indoor implement, learning how to star warm with so many heats, as well as learning how to run indoors." "We gained some valuable experience that is going to help move this program forward in the future."

TRITON TIDBITS
  • UC San Diego's appearance at the Washington State Invitational (Feb. 2-4) marks the first time the programs have competed at an indoor event since transitioning to NCAA Division I prior to the spring 2021 season.
