Eric Olen has announced Cade Pendleton (Chattanooga, Tenn./East Hamilton HS) has signed a National Letter of Intent to join the team for the 2022-23 academic year.
"We are really excited about adding Cade and his family to our program," said UC San Diego head coach
Eric Olen. "His combination of size and skill is unique and will be an ideal fit with our team. He is going to be a terrific representative of our program both on and off the court. We cannot wait to get him here to get started on his process."

Pendleton joins
previous signees Roddie Anderson III and Quin Patterson to comprise the upcoming first year class.
The Tritons concluded their season with a record of 13-16 overall and 7-11 vs. Big West opponents. In their final home game, the Tritons downed eventual Big West champion Cal State Fullerton, 81-76. 2021-22 marked the second year of the NCAA-mandated four-year transition to Division I for UC San Diego.
