"This was the perfect meet to have at the tail end of finals — great conditions and good competition," Co-Head Coach
Tony Salerno said. "To have this many people move up on the all-time list when we had only about half the team competing suggests big things are on the horizon."
TRITON TIDBITS
- Kalobe Jimenez and Idara Ibekwe are no strangers to the Tritons' all-time record list, but both added their names to new categories on Saturday with their performances in the 200- and 100-meter Dash respectively
- Katie Cuneo's javelin throw of 148' 4" is a whopping 8' 3" further than her previous best
- Because Saturday's meet took place right at the end of winter quarter finals, a smaller-than-normal contingent of Tritons traveled to the meet, with the team's distance runners being among the notable absences
