In episode 53 of the show, UC San Diego men's soccer midfielder Lucas Tager is featured in the Triton Spotlight. Tager chats about his global upbringing and how soccer has played a role in his ability to speak four languages. He also shares about his work helping others at a medical clinic in Lebanon. Plus, Tager sits down in the hot seat for our Quick Picks segment!

Later, in her final appearance on the show, host Jenny Stephens shares some of her favorite memories from three years with UC San Diego Athletics as well as her take on carbs in the morning.

After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program began a new era in 2020 as a member of the Big West Conference in NCAA Division I.
