ANN ARBOR, Mich. - The 17th-ranked UC San Diego women's water polo team won a thrilling 10-9 overtime match-up against No. 11 Indiana to open the Michigan Tournament. Sarah Bajorek and Michelle Perkins netted four goals apiece, while Judy Emaus also scored twice for UCSD. In the second game of the afternoon, UCSD fell to No. 7 Long Beach State 9-4. Emaus and Bajorek scored two goals apiece in defeat. UCSD continues in the Michigan Tournament tomorrow morning against host Michigan at 9:00 a.m. and Slippery Rock at 1:30 p.m.
