HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bishop O’Dowd HS in Oakland, Calif.... water polo team won the ACCAL League Title in each year from 2004-07... individual awards include first-team All-League in 2006 and 2007... MVP in 2007-08, All-American in 2005 and Coaches Award... also participated with the Oakland Water Polo club from 2003-08).
PERSONAL: Born on March 27, 1990... the daughter of James Hanson and Dianne Nicolini... parents are graduates of UC Berkeley... has an older brother named Thomas... hobbies include tennis, hiking, watching movies and keeping up with the news and with politics... a Political Science major and History minor in Roosevelt College.
