AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2007-08: Time of 18:32.91 in the 1650 free during the PCSC Championships was best among Tritons on the season and good for 19th overall... recorded season-best times of 5:26.49 in the 500 free and 4:55.02 in the 400 IM at the PCSC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Will C. Wood HS and swam in the 1650 free, 1000 free, 500 free, 200 free, 100 free, 200 back and 400 IM events... swimming team won the 2003 MEL championship... also participated with Junior Olympics/Sierra Nevada Swimming, swimming Holiday Fest/Arizona Swimming, swimming Holiday Meet/Pacifica.
PERSONAL: Born October 17, 1987... parents are Robert and Cheryl Hawkins... father graduated from Humboldt State while mother graduated from San Diego State... has a brother named Michael... a Management Science major in Roosevelt College.
