AS A FRESHMAN IN 2005-06:
Returns to the Tritons after redshirting the 2006-07 season... as a freshman in 2005-06, McCoid recorded a top time of 52.92 in the 100 back, helping UCSD finish in second-place at the PCSC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Bellarmine College Prep where he was a member of the swim team... statistical bests include a 50.82 time in the 100yd fly and 52.2 in the 100yd back.
PERSONAL: Born December 27, 1986 in San Jose, Calif.... a Physics major in Muir College.
