AS A JUNIOR IN 2005-06: Did not swim in her third year at UCSD.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004-05: Earned All-American honors for the second consecutive season... notched a 50 free time of 24.57 at the NCAA Championships... recorded season best times of 54.05 in the 100 free and a 59.93 in the 100 fly at the Speedo Cup and PCSC’s, respectively.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2003-04: All-American honors in her first season at UCSD... a member of the 200 record setting free relay team (1:33.93) which went undefeated in 2003-04, placing first at the NCAA Championships... finished third on the 200 medley relay and 16th in the 50 free at the NCAA Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Menlo HS in Atherton, Calif. where she tallied several top finishes at the CCS Championships... also a member of the high school’s water polo team... Mount Holyoke science and leadership book award in 2002 and a student council member.

PERSONAL: Born June 22, 1985 in Burlingame, Calif.... daughter of Norm and Carol Whiteley... has a younger brother named Andrew... an Environmental Systems major with an Economics minor in Muir College... hobbies include camping, going to the beach and spending time with her roommates.
