*2010 NCAA Division II National Championships 'A' Qualifier*

As a Junior in 2008-09: Received All-Conference honors during the 2008-09 year... competed at the NCAA Division II National Championships, finishing 17th in the 200 fly (2:06.63) and 25th in the 100 fly (57.43)... tallied a third-place in the 200 fly (2:08.38) at the PCSC Championships while helping the Tritons to a win in the 400 medley relay with a 3:50.98 mark... also posted a ninth-place finish in the 100 fly at the PCSC Championships... at the Nike Cup, finished eighth in the 100 fly (57.82) and 15th in the 200 fly with a time of 2:08.26.

As a Sophomore in 2007-08: Finished third in the 100 fly at the PCSC Championships with a time of 57.49 and finished 5th in the 200 fly with a time of 2:08.25, earning All-Conference recognition... helped 400 medley relay team to first-place finish at the PCSC Championships with a time of 3:50.73 and posted season-best mark of 2:09.56 in the 200 IM... broke her previous school record in the 100 fly twice during the NCAA Championships, first in the preliminaries with a time of 56.13 and then in the finals with a fourth-place time of 56.02... also took part in the school record-breaking 400 medley relay team that finished second with a time of 3:48.13... posted a lifetime best, third-best all-time in UCSD history and tops for the Tritons on the season, in the 200 fly with a ninth-place time of 2:05.32 at the NCAA Championships.

As a Freshman in 2006-07: Earned All-American status in both the 100 fly and 200 fly at the NCAA Championships... finished in fourth-place overall in the 100 fly at the NCAA's with a time of 57.03... recorded a season-best time of 2:07.50 in the 200 fly prelims at the NCAA's... also recorded a season-best time of 2:11.36 in the 200 IM.

High School: Attended Holy Names HS in Seattle... swimming team was WIAA 2006 Division III State Swimming Champions and went undefeated in the 2005-06 season... also participated with USS Swimming and Salmon Bay Aquatics... top performance came in the 100 meter fly at 1:05.00.

Personal: Born Sept. 2, 1988... parents are Frank Holman and Rebecca Caldwell... father swam for the University of Southern California and University of Washington... hobbies include playing the piano and drawing... a Computer Science major in Warren College... favorite pro teams are any from Seattle and San Diego... favorite athlete is Dana Kirk.
