Biography
As a Junior in 2008-09: Received All-Conference honors for a stellar junior season... placed as the top UCSD diver at the PCSC Championships, finishing fourth in the one-meter dive final (366.15 points) and fifth in the three-meter dive final (358.10 points)... also competed at the Wildcat Dive Invitational.
As a Sophomore in 2007-08: Performance at the PCSC Championships earned All-Conference recognition... recorded UCSD season-best score on the one-meter board of 246.38 and personal season-best score of 238.38 on the three-meter board at home against UC Irvine and Cal Baptist.
As a Freshman in 2006-07: Recorded a 15th-place finish on the one-meter board in the diving final at the PCSC Championships helping the Tritons to the conference title.
High School: Attended the Gilbert School where she was a two-sport athlete... earned All-Berkshire League honors in soccer her senior year... team finished third in the Berkshire League for two seasons.
Personal: Born Dec. 9, 1987... parents are Alex Niculescu and Debbie Kerr... has one older brother named Yori... a Physiology and Neuroscience major and Cognitive Science minor at Marshall College.
