AS A JUNIOR IN 2005-06: Recorded a season-best time of 1:50.84 in the 200 free at the PCSC’s... also notched a time of 4:57.91 in the 500 free, 10:37.87 in the 1000 free and a 17:24.34 time in the 1650 free, all coming at the Speedo Cup.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2004-05: Recorded his best performances at the Speedo Cup with a 1000 free time of 10:09.78 and a 1650 free time of 16:48.28... also notched a season-best time of 4:52.04 in the 500 free.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2003-04: Distance swimmer with his primary event being the 1650 free... set personal bests last season in the 500 free (4:54.98), 1000 free (10:12.94), and the 1650 free (16:57.88).

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended San Ramon Valley HS in Danville, Calif.... named All-District on his water polo squad... honored with All-State, Most Improved, Most Valuable, and Most Inspirational awards for the high school swimming team... other high school activities included National Honors Society, Good Will Hunters, Tutoring, and working as a swim instructor.

PERSONAL: Born November 26, 1984 in Erie, Penn.... parents are Charles and Cheryl Gremban... has two siblings, Patrick and Mark... Patrick is a swimmer at Princeton... Math and Economics major at Marshall College.
