Biography
At Riverside CC: Did not compete in 2008-09.
At Cal Baptist: Competed for the Lancers, also a member of the Pacific Coast Swimming Conference, as a freshman during the 2007-08 school year... on the 800 free relay team that finished third at the NAIA Championships as CBU went on to secure the national title... also at the NAIA Championships, placed ninth in the 1650 free (16:40.72) and fifth in the 500 free (4:44.29)... placed second in the 1000 free (9:48.80) and third in the 500 free (4:47.80) at a combined dual meet with UC San Diego and UC Irvine.
High School: Home schooled through the high school levels... competed in swimming for Fullerton Aquatics, helping the squad to an appearance at the U.S. Open.
Personal: Born July 19, 1988... parents are James and Diane Heinz, both of whom attended Cal State Fullerton... has three brothers, Matt, Josh and Jeff, that competed in swimming at the NAIA level... also has a sister named Faith... favorite pro team is the Los Angeles Lakers and favorite athlete is Kobe Bryant... aspires to be a judge... is a Public Law major at Sixth College.
