AS A GRADUATE STUDENT IN 2024
Big West Commissioner's Honor Roll, Highest Honors...UCU Athlete of the Week (Dec. 2)...Appeared in 29 matches, making 20 starts…Averaged 3.04 points, 2.54 kills, 1.85 digs and 0.46 blocks per set…Finished second on the team in kills (277), digs (202) and aces (24) and third in blocks (50)…Ranked third on the team with 437 service receptions and recorded a team-best .957 reception percentage…Recorded double-figure kills in 11 matches and double-figure digs in eight matches with three double-doubles…Recorded a career-best 20 kills and 21 points in the opening round of the Big West Championship against Long Beach State (Nov. 27)…Collected a career-high 19 digs and six blocks against UC Irvine (Oct. 19)…Tallied a career-best five assists at UC Irvine (Nov. 8).

Competed four seasons at the University of San Diego…All-WCC First Team (2023) and Honorable Mention (2021)…Played in all five of USD’s NCAA Tournament matches in 2022 including the national semifinal…Averaged 2.97 points, 2.29 kills, 2.01 digs as a senior in 2023, finishing third on the team in total kills (204), kills per set, total points (264.0), service aces (29), total digs (179) and total blocks (60.0)…Recorded a career high 17 kills at San Diego State (Sept. 11, 2021).

Graduated in 2020 from Saddleback Valley Christian School in San Juan Capistrano, Calif….Led SVC to the CIF region semifinals and a CIF D-III first round appearance in 2019…Earned SVC Brightest Future (2017) and Team MVP (2019) awards…Voted team captain her senior year…Also competed for Tstreet Volleyball Club (2016-2020)…Helped team to a first-place finish at the 2015 USAV Junior National Championships in 15 National division…Helped Tstreet to three first-place finishes in SCVA regional qualifiers (two in 2016, one in 2017).

Born in Newport Beach, Calif. to Jeff and Barbara Pries…Has three older siblings, Jake Micah and Mckenna…Brother Jake Pries played baseball at UCLA and for the minor league affiliates of the New York Yankees organization…Brother Micah Pries played baseball at Point Loma Nazarene and is currently playing minor league baseball in the Cleveland Guardians organization.
