AS A JUNIOR IN 2009: Appeared in seven matches with three kills and two digs... recorded two kills at Cal State Northridge on February 7.

IRVINE VALLEY COLLEGE: Played two years at Irvine Valley for coaches Tom Pestolesi and Jay Hosack... team earned a State Championship and Pacific Coast Conference Championship.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Otay Ranch HS where the volleyball team had a best record of 30-3 and advanced to the CIF D-III quarterfinals in 2005 and the CIF D-I quarterfinals in 2006... named the 2005 South Bay League Player of the Year, 2006 Mesa League Player of the Year, 2005 All-DIF D-III, 2006 All-CIF D-I and the Union Tribune All-San Diego Team.

PERSONAL: Born September 15, 1987... parents are Reda El-Rakabawy and Dena Crump... parents are graduates of the University of Cinncinati... has two siblings named Alliah and Youssif... a Political Science major in Marshall College... hobbies include beach volleyball and golf.
