AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Appeared in 93 sets, recording at least 10 kills on five different occassions... career high 13 kills on .650 hitting in a win over defending national champion UC Irvine on March 29... recorded 12 kills on .360 hitting in a win over UCLA... season-high seven blocks against Pacific... averaged 0.96 blocks per set... his 92 blocks was the 12 highest single-season total in school-history.

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN IN 2007: Appeared in 37 games with 38 kills and 25 blocks... top match came at Stanford where he notched 5 kills and 12 blocks... also hit at a .364 clip in the match against the Cardinal... recorded six kills and three blocks at BYU in April.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2006: Did not play in 2006.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Liberty HS where he was a two-time MVP on the volleyball team.

PERSONAL: Born April 23, 1987... parents are Randy and Kathi Houseman... has one sister named Krista... a Management Science major in Muir College.
