AT UC SAN DIEGO: Saw action in 118 quarters and netted 12 goals and five assists in 2006... her 41 steals in her junior season was the second highest total on the team... earned ACWPC All-American honors... appeared in 114 quarters with 16 goals in 41 attempts in 2005... also added 31 steals, 12 assists and five blocks in 2005... in her first season with the Tritons, she saw action in 47 quarters notching two goals, three assists and 12 steals in 2004.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended San Benito HS where she was on the swimming and water polo teams, capturing two MBL Championships for each sport... earned All-League honors in swimming for three seasons and All-League honors for water polo for two seasons... owns the league record in the 200 free with a time of 1:58.79... won 97 percent of her water polo sprints, notched 213 steals, 50 goals and 22 assists... other campus involvement included Link Crew (freshman orientation leaders).

PERSONAL: Born April 18, 1985 in Hollister, Calif.... parents are Darick and Ruth Nordstrom... has four siblings, Leif, Bjorn, Kirstin and Lars... Leif played water polo for BYU, Bjorn played water polo at USC and was invited to try out for the national team and Lars is currently swimming for UCSD... undeclared major in Marshall College.
