AT UC SAN DIEGO: Led 2006 team with 47 goals, 10 assists and 25 steals... earned All-WWPA honors... limited to 59 games due to injury in 2005... scored five goals with eight steals, three assists and drew 27 ejections as a sophomore... played in 135 quarters in 2004, recording 16 ejections drawn... also notched 20 goals, six assists and 13 steals... named UCSD’s most improved player for the 2004 season.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Temescal Canyon where she was a member of the swimming and water polo squads... a two-year captain of the water polo team, Hockett earned All-League, League MVP, All-CIF and All-Star team player awards... was the team leader in goals scored and ejections drawn in 2001 and 2002... named Athlete of the Year in 2002... other athletic honors included a Riverside Aguettes US Open gold medalist in synchronized swimming in 2000.

PERSONAL: Born January 3, 1984 in Upland, Calif...parents are Dave and Diane Hockett... has two siblings, Stephanie and Kim... Kim begins her second season on the UCSD water polo team in 2006... Communications major in Roosevelt College... career goals include Ultrasound Technology.
