Seattle U is hosting the two-day, 54-hole tournament at Chambers Bay in Washington State.Â
The par-71 course played at 6,989 yards Monday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
After two rounds, UC San Diego is 14-over par with a 582. The Tritons shot a 294 in the morning round and improved by six strokes to finish with a 288 in round two.
Sophomore
Kyle Dougherty is the top Triton thus far. He is tied for 17th with an even-par 144. Dougherty shot a 73 and a 71. Freshman
Nathan Tseng carded a 70 in the second round, the lowest by any Triton. He was 88th following the opening round and rocketed up 26 spots to 62nd on the leader board after his 70.
Idaho leads the field with a 10-under 558 after carding rounds of 282 and 276. Northern Colorado sits in second place, seven strokes back at three-under. Cal State Fullerton and Seattle U are tied for third at seven-over par.Â
Seattle U's Nathan Cogswell is in front of the 95-player contingent with a two-under 135. He fired rounds of 66 and 69.

• This is the second-consecutive season that UC San Diego has played in the event.
• There are four Big West teams in the field including Cal State Fullerton, CSUN, UC Irvine, and UC San Diego.
• The 2022 tournament was reduced to a single round due to unsafe weather.
