Commenting on another solid outing for his teams, head coach
Nate Garcia '00 said, "I am really pleased with how different individuals stepped up today. Both teams outperformed their projections and did some excellent team racing."
On the men's side he commented, "Jordan continues to lead the way and Nicco had a breakout race which was crucial to our team success. The trio of Evan, Zeno, and Ian ran a solid race together."
"Isabelle was not at 100% today and Emma stepped up in a massive way," said Garcia. "Moving throughout the race Emma made a huge move in the final mile outkicking last year's Big West runner up champion. Emma's mark is by far the fastest ever by a Triton on this course."
"Newcomers Michelle, Norah, and Hinako joined Isabelle in our scoring group. We are really happy with the development they have shown through the season," added Garcia.
