Tritoncast, the official podcast for UC San Diego Athletics, has dropped and is available to download or stream on every major podcast platform.
On this week's show, we're chatting with Big West champion Sylvana Northrop from UC San Diego cross country. She made history when she became the first Triton to capture an individual cross country title and we'll re-live that excitement. She'll also tell us what's on her mind during a long run, how she preps for a new course, and so much more. Plus, we'll put Sylvana on the hot seat with the return of our popular Quick Picks segment! As always, we'll take a swing around campus to learn what else is going on in Triton Athletics.
