Tritons 13th at Ram Masters Invitational After Day One

FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Following Monday's two rounds of the Ram Masters Invitational, the UC San Diego men's golf team sits in 13th place.

It is the first fall competition for the Tritons as an NCAA Division I team. The 2020 fall campaign was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Battling strong winds at the Fort Collins Country Club, about 65 miles north of Denver, UC San Diego shot rounds of 324 and 323 for a 647, 87-over par on the par-70, 7,234-yard course.

Colorado State is hosting the 16-team event. The Rams have won the tournament in each of the last six years.
