Adam Klie is featured in the Triton Spotlight. Not only was Klie the Tritons' top scorer of the Division II era, but he was also named the CoSIDA Academic All-American of the Year in 2017 for his 4.0 GPA in bioengineering. Klie chatted about his time with the Tritons, his professional basketball career in Canada and Germany, and why he is back at UC San Diego.

After two decades as one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II, the UC San Diego intercollegiate athletics program begins a new era in 2020 as a member of the Big West Conference in NCAA Division I. The 23-sport Tritons earned 30 team and nearly 150 individual national championships during its time in Divisions III and II and helped guide more than 1,300 scholar-athletes to All-America honors.
