Steven Gilmore joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department in 2022 as Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Sales and Operations.

A native of San Diego, Gilmore earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 2014. He earned a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2016.

While an undergraduate student at Arizona, Gilmore served as a student assistant in ticket operations and customer relations. In 2014, he worked for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim before attending graduate school and working for the UNLV athletic department as ticketing supervisor.

Gilmore returned to San Diego in 2018 for a position at San Diego State as Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations. He assisted with the opening of Snapdragon Stadium prior to joining UC San Diego.
