Sarah Staudle joined the UC San Diego Department of Athletics as Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance in November 2024.

A 2019 Summa Cum Laude graduate of Colorado Mesa University, Staudle competed on the softball team and served as a team captain and team SAAC representative while working toward her Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. She remained at her alma mater and earned a Master of Science in Sport Management in 2021, while also serving as a graduate assistant in compliance.

Staudle began her career in college athletics as a development and event coordinator at UCLA before accepting a position as compliance coordinator at Gonzaga University in 2021.
