Nathan Tripp joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department as an Assistant Equipment Operations Assistant in August 2024.

A former Triton track and field scholar-athlete who earned several All-Big West Academic honors and was among the top shot putters in program history, Tripp graduated from UC San Diego in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science with a specialization in design and interaction. The native of Saugus, Calif. also received a minor in business entrepreneurship and innovation.
