Kaylee Deutsch joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department in 2022 as a marketing assistant and was promoted to her current position as Assistant Director of Marketing in September of 2023.

Deutsch began her career in sports marketing as an undergraduate student, gaining experience as an intern with the University of North Colorado marketing and fan engagement staff. Upon graduation, she served as Picnic Supervisor for the Kane County Cougars Minor League Baseball organization in Geneva, Ill., before accepting a marketing position in athletics at UC San Diego.

Deutsch earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Tourism and Hospitality. She received her Sports MBA from San Diego State in 2023.
