Courtney Dawsey joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department as Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Operations in 2022.

A native of Hammond, La., Dawsey graduated cum laude in 2020 from Louisiana State University of Alexandria. She earned a Master of Science in Sport Management from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2022.

Dawsey played two seasons of Division I college basketball at Southeastern Lousiana before transferring. While at LSUA, she was elected team, captain and served as an intern for the LSUA athletic department leadership. While at Southern Mississippi, Dawsey worked in both ticket operations and athletic develoment while earning her master's degree.
