UC San Diego

Ashley Vorraro joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department as its Senior Human Resource Analyst in February 2024.
 
Vorraro was already on campus, serving as an Academic Human Resource Analyst for Global Policy and Strategy. Vorraro implemented policies and programs in recruiting, instructional labor relations, wage and salary administration, and training. 
 
Prior to her time at UC San Diego, Vorraro was an Athletics HR Specialist at San Diego State. She was the athletics department lead for all human resource functions, including hiring, separations, recruiting, position management, job descriptions, and payroll.
 
Vorraro’s roles at San Diego State over an 11-year span also included office manager positions and assistant to department chairs.
 
Vorraro received her Master of Fine Arts in English from San Diego State in 2019 and her Bachelor of Arts in English from San Diego State in 2014.
