Alexandra (Ali) Santi joined the UC San Diego Athletics Department in April 2022 as its Director of Compliance and in June 2023 was elevated to a position as the department's Associate Athletic Director for Compliance.

A 2015 graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in women's studies, Santi served as captain of school's women's volleyball team and played in a total of 83 matches in three seasons as a Gaucho. She earned a Juris Doctor from UC Irvine School of Law in 2019.

Prior to arriving at UC San Diego, Santi served as Director of Compliance at the University of San Diego. While in law school, she spent time working as a Community and Economic Development Clinical Member at UC Irvine and served as a Title IX Legal Extern at UCLA and UCI.
